⏱ Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: We accept order cancellations free of charge before the product is processed, produced, or shipped. If your order is successfully canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • After Shipment: Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once the package has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

At MAISON KAIROO, returns are exceptionally rare. Thanks to our dedicated Quality Control team, every item undergoes a meticulous multi-point inspection, and a personalized Pre-Shipment Video Confirmation is provided to you prior to dispatch to ensure the product perfectly aligns with your expectations.

To guarantee complete peace of mind, we provide a structured window for return or exchange notifications:

  • 7-Day Inspection Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (as indicated by the carrier tracking details) to inspect your items and notify our customer service team of any factory defects, sizing discrepancies, or product issues.

  • Policy Threshold: If no complaints or return requests are initiated within 7 days of package arrival, it will be contractually understood that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, and the order will be considered final and free of discrepancies.

📋 Return Shipping & Cost Allocation

To protect consumers, MAISON KAIROO strictly enforces a No-Restocking Fee policy. Customers will never be charged for restocking or administrative handling during a qualified return. Shipping fees are allocated as follows:

  • Defective Items or Order Mistakes (Wrong Size/Model sent by us): If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, MAISON KAIROO will fully cover the logistics expenses. Due to the international nature of our specialized shipping network, we are unable to issue prepaid return labels. Customers are kindly requested to pay the return shipping fee upfront. Upon providing our customer support team with a valid shipping receipt, we will promptly reimburse your shipping expenses.

  • Personal Preference or Sizing Selection Errors: If a return or exchange is requested due to a change of mind, personal preference, or because the wrong size was selected during ordering, the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides thoroughly or consulting our support specialists before placing an order.

📧 How to Initiate a Return

Before returning any merchandise, you must contact our support channels to obtain formal validation and the designated return shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  1. Full Name (as it appears on the order)
  2. Order Number & Order Date
  3. Delivery Date
  4. Specific Reason for Return/Exchange
  5. Clear Photos or Video of the Defect (if applicable, to expedite validation)

💰 Refund Processing & Item Condition

  • Eligible Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging, including all protective tissue paper, bubble wrap, dust bags, and boxes.

  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
